Eva Vik is an award-winning Czech photographer, director, writer, and producer. Her commercial work brings a creative vibrancy to clients, translating human emotions into relative, evocative campaigns with stylish visuals.
Eva’s films starring Sean Penn, Suki Waterhouse, Jack Kilmer, Dylan Sprouse, and Barbara Palvin, have screened at the Centre Pompidou Foundation Paris, premiered on Mubi, Nowness, Dazed, Amazon Prime Video, and Vogue International. Eva has been recognized with numerous film awards for her rapidly rising career including the Breakout Director's Award at Hollywood Film Festival, the Audience Award and Best Genre Award at Mammoth Film Festival, and Best Director at ISA. Eva's latest project ‘Serpentine’ premiered at Tribeca Film Festival and was nominated for the X Award. The film, made with Bulgari as the official partner, starred Barbara Palvin and was released by Nowness in 2023.
Eva has photographed many print campaigns to accompany her moving-image commercial projects – clients include Oliver Peoples, Polène, and Lancel. Eva also frequently photographs editorial imagery for Condé Nast/Vogue International with her most recent cover story of Barbara Palvin. Eva also contributes to Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Numéro, As If, Hunger, and Flaunt magazines.
Based in LA, Eva works globally and speaks English, French, Czech, and Italian. She is currently in development with her first feature film. She is also an ambassador of White Ribbon Campaign, a global movement working to end violence against women and children. Eva was recently named in Forbes' prestigious ‘30 Under 30’ feature.
