Born and raised in England, Jordan Scott has worked throughout the world directing campaigns for leading agencies, brands, and artists. Jordan is a partner in the Ridley Scott Creative Group.
Scott conceived and directed the first ever short film/TV advertising campaign for PRADA. Premiering at the Berlin Film Festival, ‘Thunder Perfect Mind’ showed one girl representing all women, free to embody more than one authentic self. The film is poetic, independent, and strikingly feminine - characteristic of Scott’s narrative work.
In 2005, Scott’s work with UNICEF and the ‘All the Invisible Children’ project premiered at the Venice Film Festival. The film benefited The World Hunger Program and featured seven shorts about childhood adversity, told through the eyes of seven renowned directors.
Scott’s “elegant and dramatic debut” feature, ‘Cracks’, premiered at Toronto International Film Festival in 2009. Starring Eva Green, Juno Temple, and Imogen Poots, ‘Cracks’ is a compelling tale of adolescent obsession and innocence corrupted. The film displays the same strengths that Jordan brings to her commercials; consistently stylish and seductive, with a current of candid honesty.
Scott has led commercial campaigns for clients including Audi, Nike, Land Rover, Renault, Credit Suisse, Hugo Boss featuring Gwyneth Paltrow, Armani Jeans featuring Rihanna, and Nespresso featuring Penelope Cruz. Additionally, Scott has led film and stills campaigns for Paul Smith, Agent Provocateur, and Diesel.
